The topic of histamine intolerance has become increasingly present in recent years
. Many people suffer from problems because they have difficulty breaking down histamine
or are exposed to excessive production of the messenger substance
. Symptoms occur when ingesting foods with
high histamine levels, but also as a reaction to triggers such as very
high or very low temperatures, strong sunlight and inhalation
of irritants such as perfume or car exhaust fumes. Symptoms include
reddening of the skin, rashes, hives, heartburn, diarrhea, nausea,
dizziness and much more.

billion microorganisms) as well as spirulina, L-glutamine, vitamins and
minerals, which can contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system and the breakdown
of histamine.
Important information
The live microorganisms are in powder form in capsules consisting of an enteric coating. They should therefore easily survive the gastric station. Acid and enzymes are produced during digestion, which the microbes would find difficult to survive. To be absolutely sure that the capsules arrive undamaged in the intestine, it is advisable to take them 20 to 30 minutes before a meal. The recommended daily dose is one capsule per day.
The use of gastro-resistant capsule shells (DRCaps) and microencapsulated bacterial strains ensures resistance to gastric and bile juices and thus a high survivability of the bacterial cultures used.
